The factory drag link used on most late-model Jeeps is prone to bending due to its vulnerable position and light duty construction. Located directly forward of the front axle, it often makes contact with obstacles before anything else on the vehicle. When this occurs, the weak OE drag link typically yields to the opposing obstacle. In fact, the combination of large tires and rocky terrain can actually flex the pliable OE part beyond its working limits without contact ever occurring. This heavy duty Drag Link attaches to the pitman arm and right steering knuckle.
